BY THE NUMBERS
Boxing conditioning
Learn real boxing combinations using a heavy bag, and maximize the workout with various other conditioning exercises. Be ready for a great total body workout. Requires gloves and hand wraps (available for purchase).
BOXFIT
Circuit training
Rotate through various stations set by the instructor for short bursts of high intensity exercises. Progressions and regressions for all levels are implemented. A full body workout fit to challenge everyone.
HURT STICK
Cardio & Strength
High level conditioning, strength training, obstacle course training and team concepts. Self-paced, with the goal to beat your last pace each time. This class will be sure to challenge any athlete.
KIDS' CLASS
Ages 9-13
Ages 9-13 get exposure to boxing and athletic training with other youth within their age group. This class requires gloves and hand wraps. Your child will build confidence in a fun learning environment that fosters team growth. Other ages for training available. Contact for details.
